Berry Chia Overnight Oats

Chia Overnight Oats made with chia, oats, and almond milk. So simple and ideal for a fast healthy breakfast on the go! YUM!




  1. Location the oats, seeds, milk, salt, and cinnamon in a container with a cover. Cool overnight.
  2. Puree the berries. (I normally integrate this into my healthy smoothie regimen, so I either usage remaining healthy smoothie or simply mix up a big healthy smoothie batch so I have a little additional for the oats.
