Zhunrize Review & Building This Business

About Zhunrize

Zhunrize, is an Internet marketing and product brokerage company that utilizes one-to-one marketing to sell a variety of products across numerous markets.

Zhunrize management team has 8 plus decades of combined experience in corporate management, IT Management & Consulting, Product Manufacturing & Sourcing, PE and VC Investment advisory, Franchise Management, Sales and Marketing, Team Building and Company Building.

The Zhunrize Concept

The idea behind the system is online shopping. As we all can probably agree we love shopping. Now with technology always advancing, we can actually get almost everything we need online. So this is playing a role in this being a little easier.

The business does its best to make it easy to stay up to date on all the great deals. They do this through what they call “Zhuncity” Deals Facebook page or Twitter account. They seem to be pretty good as far as updates go and keeping people informed. So this business is going for an online shopping portal. Giving you access to many things.

Zhunrize Opportunity

As you may have thought, this business has an opportunity. It gives you the chance to take part in the wealth transfer. This is done by you becoming a E-commerce Business Owner in this system.

Now in this business, you basically will have access to your own online store. You get to offer your customers savings, while you get to earn commissions. It seems to be a quality set-up which looks good and has a decent first impression.

There are 5 distinct ways to begin as an E-commerce Business Owner

1.   Premier Online Savings Store (Premier OSS)

$3000 one time, plus $100.00 monthly hosting fee

2.  Pro Online Savings Store (Pro OSS)

$1500 one time, plus $75.00 monthly hosting fee

3.  Basic Online Savings Store (Basic OSS)

$495 one time, plus $50.00 monthly hosting fee

4.  ECR Online Savings Store (ECR OSS)

$99 one time, plus $30.00 monthly hosting fee

5.  ICR (Do Not Own On-line Store)

$0 one time, $20.00 monthly hosting fee

So the overview of the comp plan is:

  • Real time product sales commissions
  • Daily profit sharing pool
  • Monthly presidential sales profit pool
  • Real time sales generation override
  • 2 x 5 forced matrix style commissions
  • Weekly leadership matching bonuses

So as you can see, this can get costly depending what route you take. Also depending which plan you chose.

  1. Hi
Did you remember Zeekrewards and Gofunrewards ?
This concept is the same duplication the different is other games expired in 90 days this game expire in 12 months
    But ……good scam …..
    Good luck friends

  2. Thomas Zinsavage // April 24, 2014 at 6:40 am //

Yes unfortunately I do. It was a whole bunch of mess with them, and many issues with the people in it as well. Was ugly I will give you that.

  3. Monique A // May 1, 2014 at 6:33 pm //

So your saying zhunrize expires in a year, it’s May 2014 now and we been in it since Dec 2012 so are you sure your talking about the same business???

  4. rich francis // May 5, 2014 at 7:43 pm //

Please help. I went to a seminar and there were people who had made 33 grand in 3 months! My friend says he thinks I should cash out my retirement and invest in Zhunrize.

  5. Thomas Zinsavage // May 6, 2014 at 2:49 am //

Hello Rich I don’t know about all that. You can make a ton of money in many programs… IF you have marketing knowledge and experience, as well as a good following for numbers like that. Anything is possible. As far as your concern I don’t know about all that though. I personally would not put myself in a financial burden and cash out my hard earned retirement for a maybe. If you are new to all of this and marketing I suggest you start small and keep it simple to get a feel for this industry/niche and get your feet wet so to speak. That is a big risk for a newbie, this is just my opinion. Do what you feel you need to do at the end of the day though.

  6. rich francis // May 8, 2014 at 12:46 am //

    Thanks I appreciate your response!

  7. Rich Francis // June 5, 2014 at 5:00 am //

Hey Thomas! So my friend who put in the 4 grand showed me his commission statement and it’s almost 3 grand now and he says he has not done much of anything. I’m no math expert, but i think with the 100.00 a month “hosting fee” that’s really a 5 grand investment. He says while i am “sitting around” he will have 20 grand and i will regret not investing.

  8. Rich Francis // June 5, 2014 at 4:05 pm //

Once again, thanks for your comments. i’d prefer to get a new car or something along those lines. funny, my friend was recently saying wakeup now was the greatest thing since sliced bread and now it’s Zhunrise. my gut feeling is to do as you suggested in a previous email, to start out very small and learn more about on line marketing. if those number maybe double in a few months, then he might have my attention. i’m much more cautious than he is, and something still does not feel right about this company. i just can’t pinpoint it. he says he hasnt sold anything on his on line store, so i guess that money is coming from people around the world who join up? i never get a straight answer from zhunrise people and i’ve been to 2 of their presentations. my friend has an AA in history and works in retail.

  9. I have a friend trying to get me to join Zhunrise. There is so little info about. It sounds like a Ponzi scheme. I’m afaraid.

  10. Thomas Zinsavage // June 13, 2014 at 6:48 pm //

Hello James. I have been hearing a few negative things to be honest about this lately.

  11. Hey Thomas and All,
I have been with Zhunrize for a month now and haven’t done much with it. With a simple purchase my wife made for some paper towels and handsoap, I made $1.70 in commission. That was pretty decent for such a simple sale. I can only imagine how much commission could be made on HD TV sales, laptops, etc. The items she ordered shipped the next day from GA using UPS and they only took 3 business days to get here. We live in NC. Also, the “Best Deals Online” section of the website are crazy! Right now they’re selling Samsung Galaxy 10.1 32GB 2014 Edition tables for $402 including shipping. That particular sale is scheduled to end today. That’s cheaper than Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, Sam’s, Walmart, Tiger Direct, and many other online stores. I don’t know how long all of their sales last, but after working for a technology vendor in the past, I do know that many distributors offer crazy pricing to vendors for a short period of time to drive product sales.

Like I said, I’ve only been with the business for a month and it pays much quicker than many other MLM’s I’ve seen and joined. I’m not even planning to bring anyone under me as part of the “Networking”, simply because I can make money without the sales pitch. Thomas I’m not sure if you’re an eCommerce Business Owner with Zhunrize as well, but I do invite you and others to take a look at the product offering (literally thousands of products available)

As always, do your own research.

Hello Mel, I offer a system to help build any business with essential tools, resources and training needed to make it in this niche. As well as it has the option for you to make residual income.

  13. Marc Martin // July 16, 2014 at 5:34 am //

I attended their presentation, after their quick show-off presentation about their company, and the number of their affiliates (claiming to have more than 70,000 marketers online) they started bragging about their earnings, an earning they don’t want to withdraw to increase their chance of getting more in money in the pool (Profit Sharing) the more money you have in your Zhunrise account, the more money you have in the pool the higher Profit sharing you get through daily percentage. I started asking questions about their Marketing revenues, they said you have to have at least 1 sale/week in order to qualify for volume/group bonus, profit sharing, sales commission etc.. much like drop shipping business. I was told that you can sell their Items through your zhuncity or you can post your sale as third party (among them are ) Ebay, and Amazon and other ways you can market online. I was close to getting convinced since I have years emarketing experience. I started asking some technical questions and concerns and clarifications that may arise selling online.. to my disappointment they couldn’t answer my inquiry.. ( Meaning they never really made any sales at all) they didn’t even know the basic in posting online and they are bragging about getting $500 personal daily sales..(sounds like a scam to me).. now tell me.. just do the Math…how can than person who can make close to $300/day without lifting a finger and not making any sales at all.. how can a company sustain itself when they pay more to their affiliates than what their marketing revenues? .. WOW does this ring a bell, this is more like their money being generated comes from their own monthly hosting fees, franchise fees, and the requirement that you have to buy at least one Item a month (if you know about point system, you know what I’m talking about – every Item have certain points attached to it.. and every affiliate is required to buy according to the required points.) This program is a blueprint taken from Zeekrewards that went into an epic fall.. this Zhuncity/Zhunrise can be a Ponzy scheme.. so think twice. because if you do join this and it is found to be a ponzy then our justice system will charge you more than what you made not to mention the possible Jail time like what happened to most successful affiliate in a ponzy .. Good luck!

  14. Rich Francis // July 16, 2014 at 11:16 pm //

My friend does not seem to be doing much and his account is getting bigger. Granted, he has notmade the $3,500.00 back he has invested in it, plus he has to pay a $100.00 per month “hosting fee”. I bought a small item from him via amazon.com and i guess he gets a commission from that, and he also says he gets a small commission from any new person that joins Zhunrize. I might join with one of the smaller memberships where there is little rick. The people at this seminar encourage you to cash out your retirement plans because Zhunrize grows faster. Weird thing is, even if that is true, it’s not something people should be doing. I have not seen any financial adviser on CNN telling people to cash out their 401k’s and put it into this company called Zhunrize.

  15. Thomas Zinsavage // July 17, 2014 at 2:09 am //

You should take a look at Marc’s comment. He may give you a great perspective on this as well.

  16. Thomas Zinsavage // July 17, 2014 at 2:11 am //

Thanks for the insight Marc. Yes anytime ANY company, system or program offers “easy money” and “make money doing nothing” type stuff RUN and RUN FAST! There is no such thing as easy money in this niche, and I do get tired of everything basically claiming that these days. To be honest it seems like if most companies were to be blunt about what it will take it to be successful it be even less around.

  17. Scam scam scam..run away as fast as you can

  18. Thomas Zinsavage // July 20, 2014 at 9:50 am //

I have been hearing many people complain about this lately Maria.

  19. Rich Francis // July 21, 2014 at 3:06 am //

Maria did you have anything else to add? i’d be interested to hear if you have any stories or heard from a friend, etc.

  20. Rich Francis // July 21, 2014 at 9:01 pm //

I winder if the SEC has any information on this company, or do they likely not make any comments one way or another. Frankly their pressure marketing tactics leave much to be desired. They say that they are “a train ready to leave the station, and will leave with or without you.” Thanks to Thomas, Marc and others here because it is very, very hard to find out much information about this company.

  21. Thomas Zinsavage // July 21, 2014 at 9:20 pm //

    Glad to help Rich.

  22. Rich Francis // July 24, 2014 at 7:45 pm //

So frustrating. Securities and Exchange Commission has no information on this company. I called the Federal Trade Commission, they had none and recommended i call the Dept of Business Oversight, who said they make no recommendations on companies or who you should invest with.

  23. Thomas Zinsavage // July 24, 2014 at 7:55 pm //

I’d say with all this doubt, maybe it best if you move on from this, seems like you are beating yourself up over it at this point. Just my opinion.

  24. Its not for everyone some people like working normal jobs some people don’t like sells at all that’s why there is 3% Wealth compare to 97% Worldwide

  25. Thomas Zinsavage // July 26, 2014 at 4:47 am //

Hello Walter, and that is an interesting perspective on it.

  26. Hi Thomas, I’m in zhunrize and I love it. Out of all the network marketing companies I’ve been involved in, I can actually say that I am earning a significant amount of income in Zhunrize. Debt Free company with a 95% retention rate. So, that means almost everyone is earning money. Now that we have partnered with Amazon and Walmoart…. Hey, you’ve got to be in it to WIN IT. For more information, visit my website. Keep up the good work Thomas!

  27. Thomas Zinsavage // August 5, 2014 at 9:01 pm //

Hello Cathy, and glad to hear that for you. Many seem to not like it from what I am seeing, and hearing though.

Thanks for the compliment by the way.

  28. I like the concept and joined the business and ‘so far’ it seems okay. My biggest issue is the systems they have for signing up new members etc … a bit harder than it should be. But the actual online shopping works fine plus no problem getting paid etc.

Overall I am happy – just wish they improve some systems faster.

  29. Thomas Zinsavage // August 6, 2014 at 5:03 am //

Hello Stuart, and thanks for sharing that. Keep us informed on your journey in Zhunrize. Many seem to be very curious about it, and I seem to see quite some controversy.

  30. Cathy Gordon // August 17, 2014 at 11:44 pm //

@Stewart The issue with signing up will be much easier hopefully next month. The company will be using e-wallet for people to enroll in Zhunrize with ease!

  31. Paul Hicks-Walker // August 19, 2014 at 6:05 pm //

@Cathy, exactly where does that 100.00 “hosting fee” that Zhunrize charges go? Also, i heard there were some legal issues with people owning multiple hubs and that was stopped? If i am incorrect, please advise..Thanks!

  32. Paul Hicks-Walker // August 19, 2014 at 6:12 pm //

    ZeekRewards…Sound familiar, folks??

  33. Thomas Zinsavage // August 19, 2014 at 7:45 pm //

Yeah Paul many have been saying this. I may have to update this blog soon. I have been hearing a lot more negatives lately.

  34. Paul Hicks-Walker // August 20, 2014 at 9:57 pm //

I’d love to see some more comments. Yeah, there was someone i knew who was bragging about owning 6 of those “shops” or “hubs”, then last time i talked to them he was saying he had to unload them because there were some legal glitches. Wakeupnow is another joke, as far as i’m concerned. This is just my opinion. I don’t believe anything comes easy. Many business owners work up to 18 hours per day! If anyone tells you just sit in front of your computer and watch an account grow, i see that as extremely problematic and dangerous. You might take a look one morning and the balance is ZERO.

  35. Thomas Zinsavage // August 20, 2014 at 10:04 pm //

I agree Paul, and I have a blog on WakeUpNow. I personally am not a fan of it either. I explained some of the cons to it, and I also have had many marketing friends roll from it due to many reasons. Hell they are going broke, and that is public info.

The easy money stuff, and get rich overnight bs does not exist. That only happens if you have one hell of a downline/following prior to getting into all of this. The way I, and people with me have made money consistently is from good old fashioned hard work, and busting our humps. You have to do these things to make it online, and damn sure when you are new. It took me 2 years to figure this out, and realize the reality to making money online. It can be done though, but you HAVE to know what you are doing.

  36. Thomas Zinsavage // September 27, 2014 at 10:42 pm //

UPDATE – SEC shut this down and assets are frozen I was informed of.

  37. paul hicks-walker // September 28, 2014 at 4:07 am //

I wonder what took em so long?

  38. Thomas Zinsavage // September 28, 2014 at 6:13 am //

Good question Paul…. honestly I am not shocked. 90% of all these “miracle” programs and “the next best thing” go under and are forgotten about in 6 months or less, occasionally a year, but not often. It is way too much BS in our niche out right now, I will freely admit it.

  39. Rich Francis // September 29, 2014 at 10:43 pm //

Thomas, big thanks to you for answering my questions, for being so patient, and for being so informative. I guess my “gut” was right.

  40. Paul Hicks-Walker // September 29, 2014 at 10:47 pm //

I feel bad for all the members of Zhunrize and i am not gloating. I would love to hear from some of them. From the research i did on Zhunrize, it was a “Titanic” in the waiting…

  41. Thomas Zinsavage // September 30, 2014 at 7:19 am //

Not a problem Rich, glad to help you buddy.

  42. Thomas Zinsavage // September 30, 2014 at 7:20 am //

Yeah Paul, and it is more to come… there is A LOT of BS out in our niche right now.

  43. Pink Group // October 2, 2014 at 5:20 pm //

Great commentary about Zhunrize. The company is still in operation but limited. The online store is still running and shipping product. The company has to tweak a few things to comply with SEC. It’s not a miracle program, just a fair program. If it is scam, every aspect of our program would be shut-down, agree?

  44. Rich Francis // October 2, 2014 at 10:58 pm //

I’d love to hear from some people who are (were) pro Zhunrize. I went to one of their “presentations”. I am still angry, although i guess i need to “let it go”. They kind of make people feel ignorant if they do not join. One presenter told me “Zhunrize is like a train, it will leave you behind if you do not get on board.” They also scoff at people who “work for a living” and encourage you to put your life savings, including your 401K into their company. I am not gloating over the SEC’s actions, maybe a little feelingof vindication, but also ticked off!

  45. Thomas Zinsavage // October 2, 2014 at 11:07 pm //

Well most marketing/MLM’s do that type of BS Rich. They say a 9-5 sucks and all that. My thing is nobody should criticize the working man. Not everyone is made for marketing, nor a salesman/person. The only time I agree with stuff like this is when the 9-5 people b&^%! and complain about their current $hitty situation and do nothing to fix or change it.

I wouldn’t be mad if I was you (well unless you sunk money in this), the best thing you can do is move on, live and learn from it. There are legit opportunities out there though on a positive note.

  46. Thomas Zinsavage // October 2, 2014 at 11:10 pm //

That is debatable Pink Group. Many companies/programs are still out and about that are blatent scams…. so you can’t always go by “If it is scam, every aspect of our program would be shut-down”. This could be due to it hasn’t been caught yet, or enough attention brought to it for the big boys to get involved and shut it down just yet. Also things like this involve court, evidence and all kinds of stuff. This is generally not an overnight process and a change at the snap of a finger.

  47. Thomas Edison // October 3, 2014 at 12:48 am //

Zhunrize is a good company. I mean, it helps people save money at the same time earn more money through selling products and also inviting a new member. The only problem is their sponsors. Sponsors who take advantage of their new recruit who doesn’t know well the way of the business. That’s why some are reporting, frustrated, and everything but actually there is no scam to it. People who wants to withdraw money from their account do actually receives it. Members who pay $100.00 are the fee for maintaining their store but not actually $100.00/month. It depends on your membership, nobody told you to choose the $100.00/month membership, that is only for your self choices. I don’t understand why people talking shit out of the company when it’s not the company’s fault. I know their system are kinda delay but they are doing their best to keep their members satisfied. Whenever someone wants to cancel their membership they do receive their refunds for it. Well, I just hope that the company will survive the auditing of SEC. It’s such a waste to shut down the company when they are doing their best to cope up with the SECs qualifications.

  48. Rich Francis // October 3, 2014 at 5:09 am //

@Pink Group, read the 36 page SEC complaint against Jeff Pan and Zhunrize. If that does not convince you to fun for the hills, nothing will. you do NOT want to mess around with the feds

  49. Rich Francis // October 3, 2014 at 5:12 am //

@Pink Group, “tweak a few things” as in actually sell products and not rip people off through monthly hosting fees and a large up front investment? Look at page 19 section D. It says “Zhunrize is a frauulent pyramid scheme”

  50. Rich Francis // October 3, 2014 at 5:13 am //

Per the SEC charges, Pan projected 90 million dollars a month in PRODUCT SALES!! their maximum was 100k in a particular month.

  51. Micheal Crook // October 3, 2014 at 5:13 pm //

In any business you are, you just need to work hard. Sell and recruit. That’s MLM life. If you stand still, you wont receive anything but cents.

  52. Paul Hicks-Walker // October 3, 2014 at 8:25 pm //

@Michael very true. From what i hear, many Zhunrize members just “sat and watched” their accounts without even trying to sell anything.

  53. Gerard Harrington // October 3, 2014 at 11:54 pm //

To Rich Francis and any other nay Sayers out there:
You state that its a rip off with the hosting fees and a substantial upfront investment.
I’m not sure what planet you’re on but if you can set up a virtual online shopping mall with over 700,000 products and run it for this kind of money, please let us know.
The reason the SEC got involved at all is that it appears that most of Zhunrize money came from people purchasing an online store and the hosting fees for running those stores.
The product sales will now start to happen as a result of a substantial distribution network.
Without distribution how can you move products. It’s unfortunate that this can cross paths with the SEC, something that the company is working with to resolve the issues
Picture this, you open a lot of (brick and mortar) stores all over the country full of products, but you have no people to manage or run them. Therefore no products will sell. However, when you put a massive distribution /workforce behind these stores then you’re on your way to massive product sales. Everything takes time to build as the company is barely 18 months old . Everyone just needs to be patient, don’t understand why everyone is in such a rush to shut down companies who are trying to help families to bake a living something that country has forgotten how to do for quite some time now!!! We have to make our own way and we shouldn’t be squabbling against each other for our efforts.

  54. Thomas Edison // October 4, 2014 at 1:22 am //

“In a seperate SEC case against an alleged pyramid scheme, an Atlanta-based CEO was said to have traveled to China and South Korea to recruit investors. The agency charged Jeff Pan and his company, Zhunrize Inc., on Monday with defrauding investors of about $105 million since 2012.

Though portrayed as a marketing company, Zhunrize got most of its revenue from selling memberships, not products, the SEC said. The agency also obtained a court-ordered asset freeze in that case.

David Van Sambeek, an attorney for Zhunrize, said Friday that his law firm is working with the SEC “to resolve this matter as soon as possible.” He said Zhunrize is cooperating with the SEC’s investigation “and will do what is necessary to be legally compliant and protect (its) store-owner members.”

    http://www.currentargus.com/ci_22612375/sec-alleges-129m-pyramid-scheme-china-us

Please refer to this guys, this would help you all out. Zhunrize is still up and running doing their best to be legally compliant with SEC’s request even though their assets got freezed up.

  55. Paul Hicks-Walker // October 6, 2014 at 6:10 pm //

@Gerald, it’s a pymamid scheme pure and simple. Why did Zhunrize not figure all of this out beforehand?

  56. Paul Hicks-Walker // October 6, 2014 at 6:11 pm //

@Gerald, why did Pan lie and say a hundred million dollars a month was from “product sales” and the highest the SEC could find in any particular month was 100k? I hope you don’t wind up behind bars, buddy.

  57. Paul Hicks-Walker // October 6, 2014 at 6:42 pm //

@Gerald, you “don’t understand why there is such a rush to shut down compaines…”. Does 2008 ring a bell to you?

  58. Rayner James // October 7, 2014 at 1:50 pm //

News Flash! Todd tweeted “Great News! We just left the courthouse.. We are alive. We are going to make history. Official announcement coming soon.”

    Turn Down For WHAT?! LOL!

  59. Micheal Crook // October 7, 2014 at 1:53 pm //

@Paul, then that’s it. How will they earn? Even though it’s just an online store, or scheme, or whatsoever, you will still be able to earn, by HARDWORK.
I know many people who earned lot from MLM;like Zhunrize. It’s already there, it’s up to us if we’ll take it as opportunity or a scam.

  60. Rich Francis // October 7, 2014 at 9:24 pm //

@Gerald, who is going to buy that stuff? The biggest sales month Zhunrize has had is 100k. Divide that by 77, 000 members? Are you kidding me?

  61. Thomas Z: I saw you run blogs, that’s good marketing tool. I have a new venture, called Web Ads Alliance(WAA), need to hire dealers (Distributors). Would you like to contact me and to build up this dealership?
Actually, Jeff Pan, from Zhunrize promised me to invest $2 million into my WAA, but this was off before SEC shut down Zhunrize.

  62. Thomas Zinsavage // October 12, 2014 at 10:36 pm //

Hello Frank, if you have some form of business/partnership request for me you can contact me directly. At the top of my website here you will see a contact form.

  63. Paul Hicks-Walker // October 13, 2014 at 7:34 pm //

Thomas, “man alive” do a lot of people need your expertise in this field! There are just too many people who get pulled into stuff like Zhunrize, WakeupNow, and other “get rich” schemes. I have heard the peeps over at WUN are gloating over Zhunrise’s fate. Oh, the nerve!

  64. Thomas Zinsavage // October 15, 2014 at 10:29 pm //

Paul I know all too well about those ridiculous WUN reps. I actually have a very long blog on it, and me sharing what I experienced with it from real marketing friends.

Those WUN reps are destroying their company and they do not even realize it. They are some of the most unprofessional bunch I have ever seen… it actually reminds me of that MCA (motor club of america) BS. Funny thing is they shouldn’t be laughing too much at anyone or anything, it is a FACT that they are basically broke and having a lot of financial burden as a company. Pot calling the kettle black on their behalf for sure. Most in it acting like they are rich are not making anything. You should look up the WUN income disclosure, it is disastrous to say the least.
